Pregnancy Massage
Pregnancy massage is a way of helping mother's to be to get relief from everyday stresses pregnancy can have on the body.
This treatment supports you to co-ordinate breathing, aid relaxation and have confidence in your own body’s abilities. This in turn promotes bonding and closeness with your baby, relief on aches and pains and brings relaxation using a combination of Swedish massage and Shiatsu techniques.
