We are cyclical beings and I love to work with the seasons, this event will be focused on practices to support you as we transition into Spring.

π Self Care Session … I will guide you through a self care treatment to truly treat and take care of yourself.

I am passionate about supporting Women through the ever changing cycles and seasons of life... as Women we are always growing & evolving, so much transition happening inwards as well as on the outside & so much of this gets overlooked in out society. Taking time for ourselves can give us an opportunity to reset and create positive change in our lives, this Spring Self Care Sunday will give you the chance to do just that. I love to work with the seasons both inside and outside of ourselves, we will be exploring the theme of Spring, of growth & new beginnings...

YOGA CLASS TO SUPPORT WOMB & PELVIC HEALTH
Women are cyclical beings and the 'womb yoga' method is a practice that allows all women to move to the rhythm of their own cycle and in tune with whatever season of life you are in, a beautiful and empowering practice to recharge your energy and uplift your Shakti (divine feminine power!)
We will move through a Yoga sequence with postures to build your strength & support your pelvis, learn how to breathe optimally to support your pelvic health & find connection to your body, mind and soul.
If you have a Pelvis then this class is for you, if you have ever suffered from Pelvic pain, lower back pain, stress incontinence (pee when you laugh, sneeze or cough etc), Pelvic organ prolapse, birth trauma or anything else pelvic health related then you will have a chance to learn more about the power of your pelvis and address and concerns or areas for improvement!

YOGA NIDRA & SOUND HEALING
Yoga Nidra is a restorative practice which takes body and mind to a state of deep restfulness in preparation for a sound bath with Crystal Quartz sound bowls. The vibrational frequencies have the ability to move through skin, fluid, and bones of the body, creating a full body relaxation and recalibration down to the level of the cellular structure, creating an experience of stillness and calm.
