A morning to move your body, calm your mind and take care of YOU.
We are cyclical beings and I love to work with the seasons, this event will be focused on practices to support you as we transition into Spring.
💜 Yoga … Warming practice to stretch & strengthen
💜 Meditation… Guided meditation to calm and focus your mind.
💚 Self Care Session … I will guide you through a self care treatment to truly treat and take care of yourself.
💚Plus some more delicious practices that will unfold on the day...

SAUNA & YOGA
I have two wonderful and collaborations coming up this Spring/Summer.
First on Saturday 25th April 9-12 IS WILD SAUNA & YOGA with Peak Saunas based in Kniveton, this is the ultimate rustic wild sauna experience. A morning of energising Yoga, invigorating Sauna & Cold Plunge (if you wish!) and always plenty of time to relax around the campfire, with a cup of herbal tea, incredible views and good company!
Second is REST & REVIVE at Oakhill, Cromford, on Sunday 14th June 1.30-5.30PM I have hosted many events here over the years and really happy to be coming back with Jen from SaunaFolk for an afternoon of Yoga, Sauna Ritual, and finishing with refreshments in the beautiful pagoda and Gardens of Oakhill.
