Women's circle, Yoga & Moon Ritual
I'm so happy to be brining these practices back, I have been slowly building my Yoga classes up after maternity leave and now feels like the perfect time to listen to the craving to gather women together in circle.
Each month we will come together under the energy of the full moon, a moment to pause, reflect, and check in with yourself each month... to been seen, heard & held by other women, of all ages and stages of life, we are one and the same and these events provide a safe space to do just that.
Each gathering we practice something different to connect to the energy of the moon and season we are in with Meditation, sharing circle, Rituals to honour the full moon... 'Womb Yoga' and more...
What to expect??
A safe space to share whatever is in your heart & your life, to be seen and heard, to be supported. We will also practice some gentle Women's Yoga, suitable for all women at all stages of life.
