A safe space to share whatever is in your heart & your life, to be seen and heard, to be supported. We will also practice some gentle Women's Yoga, suitable for all women at all stages of life...

It's that time of year again...we head up the hill and come together in the most magical of settings to practice Yoga together, amongst the elements as the sun goes down with THAT view! A true highlight in my summer calendar, come join us!
