A morning to move your body, calm your mind and take care of YOU.
We are cyclical beings and I love to work with the seasons, this event will be focused on practices to support you as we transition into Spring.
💜 Yoga … Warming practice to stretch & strengthen
💜 Meditation… Guided meditation to calm and focus your mind.
💚 Self Care Session … I will guide you through a self care treatment to truly treat and take care of yourself.
💚Plus some more delicious practices that will unfold on the day...

Winter Solstice Yoga & Ritual
At the point of the year where we have the longest hours of darkness the winter solstice teaches us about resilience and hope in the face of darkness. It reminds us that the sun rises again even after the longest night, bringing new beginnings and brighter days. It's a time to look within & reflect on your inner light and the continuous cycle of growth and renewal.
Nourishing yoga, meditation & ritual to honour the Solstice.

Nourishing New Year's Day
Yin & Yoga Nidra
Start 2026 as you mean to go on. Spend the first evening of the year nourishing your body, mind & soul with restorative Yin yoga poses & Yoga Nidra meditation. We will also do a short ritual to set the tone for your year ahead.

A safe space to share whatever is in your heart & your life, to be seen and heard, to be supported. We will also practice some gentle Women's Yoga, suitable for all women at all stages of life...
